What a year 2020 was, am I right? Despite the obvious of the year bringing hardship and frustration for most, there were also bright spots as well. Especially for Honey & Lavender. Let’s take a look at the highlights shall we?!

FebruaryBaby Elizabeth’s Sip and See – right before the world turned upside down, Ava and Maya jetted to Dallas together, to help her dear friend Katie throw her baby girl Elizabeth a lovely Sip & See!

AprilSully’s Virtual 5th Birthday Party – we had so much fun planning Sully’s Sleeping Beauty birthday party in Charleston.

May – Victoria and Eli’s Legal Wedding Ceremony (Victoria and Eli’s big wedding celebration had to be postponed, but they still wanted to have a sweet and intimate micro wedding), partnering with local companies to create and deliver Mother’s Day Bundles to people.

June – Partnering with local companies to create and deliver Father’s Day Bundles to people.

July – Launched H&L full time!!!! After 3 years of having H&L as a side hustle, Maya made the leap and pursued her dream of owning her own business. And never looked back.

August – Shirley’s Virtual 31st Birthday – we loved helping Shirley plan her 31st virtual birthday party. The highlight was buying and assembling gift boxes that we sent to all the attendees to open during the party.

September -Our wonderful interns, Amy and Elise, joined the team! Words can’t describe how much joy and help these ladies have brought to the team.

OctoberLindsay and Matt’s Wedding, Alex and Erika’s Proposal, Surprise Party for Fisa – October, specifically October 24th, was a busy day for H&L where all three of these events happened throughout the DMV-area.

December – Anna and Kyle’s Wedding (stay tuned!), Sam and Adrian’s Wedding (stay tuned!), Holiday Mini Photo Shoot, Holiday Cocktails in a Box

We partnered with Nina K Photography where we offered holiday mini photo sessions + bubbly and sweet treats to people.
We also put together three different Cocktails in a Box + goodies for people.

All in all, this year will be memorable for so many reasons for us.

Here is to 2021!
