DC Baby Shower

We have planned several events for Shirley over the years so when it came time to her DC baby shower, she enlisted us again! We were so excited to work with her again and make her vision come to life for such an important event. Her theme for the shower was “Teddy Bears in DC”, a nod to her beloved adopted city.

Shirley is Mexican so she wanted to include lots of Mexican elements in the baby shower. In Mexican culture, baby games take front and center at showers. Shirley had 12 games planned and all the guests got in on the fun! For catering, authentic Mexican food was served and it was delicious!

Shirley used some of the same vendors she has used for previous milestone events, including H&L as well as the photographer and cake baker. This cake was an absolute showstopper!! It perfectly fit the theme and was a great element with the backdrop for photos. We love a statement cake and this one definitely did not disappoint!
