VHC Grand Opening

We shared a blog a couple of weeks ago about the VHC Health Ribbon Cutting, but we also did another event for them last summer! The VHC Grand Opening followed the ribbon cutting event. From their website:

“VHC Health, a community-based hospital providing medical services to the Washington, DC metropolitan area, is excited to announce the official grand opening of its Outpatient Pavilion. The brand new, seven-story facility will provide patients with direct and easy access to treatment facilities immediately upon arrival to the health system’s main campus, while also allowing for more inpatient beds for cancer, cardiac and stroke patients in the Hospital’s pre-existing outpatient area.”

This event also had some speakers, including Governor Glenn Youngkin.

“This extraordinary Outpatient Pavilion is world class,” said Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin. “Not just because of the extraordinary architecture. It’s world class, not only because of the great technology and equipment that’s here, but most importantly, it’s world class because of the people that are here.”

VHC Health President and CEO Chris Lane said the following:

“The Outpatient Pavilion was designed to solve a consistent challenge: a growing need for affordable and accessible healthcare in both an inpatient and outpatient setting,” said VHC Health President and CEO Chris Lane. “This expansion project has been long-awaited, and I am proud to see this massive undertaking come to fruition. Now that the Outpatient Pavilion is complete, we look forward to embarking on our next project, the renovation of the main campus hospital to expand much-needed inpatient services.”

Following speeches, guests were able to tours of the new facility and enjoy delicious appetizers and lunch from RSVP Catering and we heard a lot of compliments. We always love working with RSVP! We also had specialty mocktails with cocktail graffiti – we always look for a branding moment! Both the mango-passion fauxgarita and the summer thyme crush were perfect summer beverages.

It was another great event with this team and we are so grateful to partner with them on both the VHC grand opening as well as the ribbon cutting.
