October Hotel Washington Wedding

Amanda and Gerswin had a gorgeous October Hotel Washington wedding. We always love working at Hotel Washington and this wedding was no exception! We had a stunning day and everything ran smoothly. The bride and groom were able to do their first look and formal family photos much earlier in the day. Because a lot of photos were done before the ceremony, Amanda and Gerswin were able to enjoy all of cocktail hour and their reception.

They incorporated a lot of personal cultural elements throughout the day from Jewish elements like breaking of the glass, the ketubah signing, and the hora. To honor Gerswin’s Dominican side, they incorporated delicious Dominican food into their buffet. Amanda’s mother, Andrea, got personalized charms to put on her bouquet of her father (who had passed away) and their family dog.

This is a couple you can just tell is totally in love and wanted to share that love with their family and friends. Their October Hotel Washington wedding day was a beautiful celebration of their relationship, along with their families, and cultures. They are also such a fun couple and after the formalities, they were ready to party. These two, along with all their guests were on the dance floor all through the night.
