Conrad Washington, DC Wedding

Sherri and Wenxin’s Conrad Washington, DC Wedding featured all the quintessential DC elements while incorporating their Chinese heritage. This is one of Maya’s favorite weddings, because of the many interesting and fun Chinese traditions!

They started the day with a beautiful tea ceremony. Prior to the ceremony, they also did pre-wedding ritual games (groomsmen perform and partake in silly, fun games in front of the bride and her bridesmaids). The couple also played lots of games at the reception which all of their guests enjoyed!

Sherri and Wenxin took beautiful photos at The Conrad followed by their portraits at the Capitol and the photos are absolutely breathtaking! Following their portraits, they had a meaningful ceremony with romantic florals as their backdrop. The florals featured blue and white blooms with lots of lush texture. Then it was onto cocktail hour and a lovely reception that featured a showstopping cake, fun games, and lots of dancing.
