Honey & Lavender Events Team

For the past couple of months we’ve been introducing the Honey & Lavender Events Team on social media! Some of the faces you may recognize and some may be new! Maya has always wanted to grow the H&L team and we are so lucky to have such a wonderful group of hard-working people. Maya, CEO/Owner

• Favorite Wedding Movie: The Wedding Planner

• Favorite Part of Event Days: Seeing the wedding reception vision come to life for our couples. The Father/Daughter and Mother/Son dances.

• Favorite Flower: Hydrangeas, peonies, lilies, sunflowers

• Favorite Part of Working for H&L: Living my dream!

• Fun Fact About You: I used to figure skate competitively.

Christina, Coordinator

• Favorite Wedding Movie: The Wedding Planner (it’s sooo good!)

• Favorite Part of Event Days: Getting to meet and work with amazing vendors and bringing everything together.

• Favorite Flower: Peonies & Sunflowers

• Favorite Part of Working for H&L: Being part of a pretty amazing team of women.

• Fun Fact About You: I worked as a talent escort for a few National Tree Lightings.

Darcy, Associate

• Favorite Part of Event Days: For weddings, being with people on their favorite day!

• Favorite Flower: Ranunculus, roses, hydrangeas

• Favorite Part of Working for H&L: Working with an incredible team and seeing H&L grow

• Fun Fact About You: I love road trips and have been to all lower 48 states!

Jules, Coordinator

• Favorite Wedding Movie: Wedding Crashers

• Favorite Part of Event Days: My favorite part of working weddings is setting up the decor! I have a passion for decorating and love seeing a vision come together — even better to see the clients and the guests’ eyes light up when they walk into the wedding for the first time

• Favorite Flower: Tulips, lilies, and zinnias

• Favorite Part of Working for H&L: Being able to apply my creative side to anything, and doing event proposals 🙂

• Fun Fact About You: Cooking is one of my favorite hobbies and I have a little foodie account where I share all my healthy recipes! @justkalemejules

Jasmine, Coordinator

• Favorite Wedding Movie: Bride Wars

• Favorite Part of Event Days: The adrenaline rush of making sure things are set up and in place before the client arrives. I also love seeing the client(s) interacting and enjoying themselves.

• Favorite Flower: Gerber daisies and Anemones Favorite part of working for

• H&L: Seeing how each team member’s individual role comes together to make the best event for the client.

• Fun fact about you: I love crafting! I enjoy upcycling materials and transforming them into something useful and unique.

Olivia, Event Assistant
