40th Birthday Celebration

Lauren’s 40th birthday celebration was filled with so much love and excitement. You can tell how much this group values the importance of family and cheer. Taking place on a windy Saturday in mid-June, this party was definitely one for the memories!

Vendor Partners

Lauren’s incredibly kind husband, Adam, selected a really solid team of vendors. Galleria Florist assembled beautiful hydrangea bundles that swayed so elegantly in the wind. Jarabe’s popsicle cart was a roaring success, as guests were greeted with a nice refreshing Mexican-style pop! Jarabe’s selection of flavors really stands out in comparison with to other dessert options. The founder of Jarabe Gourmet Pops, Diana Rios Jasso, has created such a great concept using such fresh ingredients. These popsicles are known all around DC and it’s really nice to have been able to work with a dessert vendor that has a root in promoting sustainability.

Additionally, we cannot forget about the mountain of delicious Thai food provided by Kiin Imm Thai located in Vienna. Lauren’s husband emphasized how much their family loves Thai food and that sure was a correct statement! The Kiin Imm team lead by its fearless leader, Manny, was such a great experience for Honey and Lavender to collaborate with, as they were so positive and helpful with executing this large catering order. From the drunken noodles to the dumplings, party guests ranging in all ages enjoyed this awesome food.

Photo Wall

Lastly, Juliet and Elise loved meeting Phiwo from DNicole Settings! They provided a green photo wall that was a big success. Juliet took photos of guests at the wall and it really provided a great scenic look outside. As tasked with being the event photographers, Juliet and Elise loved capturing the afternoon and providing Lauren and Adam with a digital photo album to hold onto the memories!
